Conductor Bar Straightening Assembly (Conductor Bar Straightening Machine)
This equipment is designed to process conductor bars after they are removed from the Electrolytic Copper Washing Unit. The workflow involves the following steps:
The conductor bars are transported via conveyor rollers and pushed into an elevating storage unit.
A mobile cart transfers the bars onto a conveyor chain, which delivers them to the end of the chain.
At the chain’s terminal, the bars undergo transverse movement (lateral shifting) and straightening.
The finalized bars are then sent to the Starter Plate Assembly for rivet ear fastening (installation of rivet ears).
