The cathode stripping unit is used for washing, stripping, sampling, weighing, bundling, and outputting cathode copper from cathode plates. It completes the processing of electrolytic copper plates from post-electrolysis to finished pure copper plates. It consists of components such as the plate receiving station, washing chamber, stripping device, transport mechanism, output device, robot handling mechanism, and chain conveyor mechanism. The robot structure is more efficient compared to the chain conveyor type. It can achieve a capacity of 600 pieces per hour (600P/h), with more stable operation and less maintenance.
