The rough copper casting machine, also known as the linear casting machine, is used for pouring molten rough copper from electric furnaces, C furnaces, etc., into copper molds where it cools naturally. The series of copper molds are arranged in a straight line on flatbed carts. After each mold is filled, a drive mechanism moves it to the next position. Once all molds are filled, they are moved to a cooling area and then to a transfer area for further processing.
